    to redefine its brand and future direction. We created a bold positioning—Pediatric
    Care Without Limits—supported by the rallying promise of making 100% of children,
    100% healthy. The launch of Project100percent.org transformed the message into
    a community-driven movement, aligning stakeholders and strengthening impact.
    The campaign’s success led UCSF to adopt it as the unifying theme when
    Children’s Oakland was integrated into the UCSF Health system.
